Add 1–1½ teaspoons of loose tea to 8 oz (1 cup) of hot water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.

For best results, drink 1–2 cups daily beginning 5–7 days before your menstrual cycle and continue through the first few days of menstruation.
