Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, strict hygiene standards, and the use of raw, organic ingredients, all sales are final.
Ayade Yoni products are handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. For the safety of our customers and in alignment with health and sanitation best practices, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
An exception may be made only in the event of an error on behalf of Ayade Yoni (such as receiving an incorrect item). Any such concerns must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason beyond this exception.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Ayade Yoni is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Once your order leaves our facility, UPS/USPS is responsible for correct delivery.

If your order is returned due to an error on the buyer’s end, you are responsible for any reshipping fees.
